My journey is one of going from broken to bold - through postpartum depression, fear, shame, and a bipolar 2 diagnosis - to complete healing in Jesus’ Name, Amen!

Founder Bio
Tierney Shirrell is a multi-passionate creative, faith-fueled entrepreneur, and founder of the Live BOLD Movement. Her story is one of transformation - going from broken to bold - and now she helps women grow into the Kingdom CEO [Called-Empowered-Obedient] God created them to be.
What the enemy tried to use to silence her - mental health struggles, fear, shame, and isolation - God has turned into a calling to build BOLD Kingdom leaders. Fittingly, Romans 8:28 is Tierney’s life verse: "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose."
Through her journey from severe postpartum depression, suicidal ideation, and a diagnosis of bipolar 2 disorder to complete healing in the Name of Jesus, God has stretched her out of her comfort zone onto stages and platforms she never dreamed of. Today, she serves as a coach, community leader, event host, author, podcaster, and speaker. Tierney lives her faith through the Live BOLD framework 7 pillars: Family, Freedom, Finances, Farm-aceuticals, Fitness, Food, and Fun! She's a Certified Mentally Strong Coach, wellness warrior, biohacking enthusiast, and passionate advocate for body-soul-spirit wholeness. All live calls are held at 12:00 PM Arizona time. PLEASE NOTE - Arizona does not observe Daylight Savings Time, so the call time will always be 12:00 PM in Arizona year-round, but will change as follows:
Half the year, this aligns with Mountain Standard Time (MST) so during DST late November to early March calls are 11 AM PST/2 PM EST
The other half of the year, from early March to mid-November, it aligns with Pacific Standard Time (PST) so 12 PM PST/3 PM EST
No matter where you live, the Arizona time never changes.

Each live call is 60 minutes.
All calls are recorded and posted inside the private online community.
If you can’t attend live, you can watch the replay on your schedule - you won’t miss the teaching or coaching, and you don’t “fall behind” as this is on-going community, not a course you “complete”

This is a coaching room, not a checklist, and content will be community-led.
